Take Friend A Bill of now
I read this book twice. If you are a recovering alcoholic, or someone in your family has a problem, you must read this book. It was sad, funny, insightful and most importantly, a real life story. One we’ve all been through, more or less. This is not a typical self-help book. It’s the painful story of an alcoholic and his daughter. Mr. McGee is a wonderful writer and he weaves his story to capture the audience. This book is a must read. Katherine Hammontre

Low priced HDMI cables doesn’t mean poor video and sound quality. There is a nice article with Cnet that explains the in and outs on HDMI and in there opinion you don’t need a thicker shielded cable unless you are running a cable from one room to another. Basically don’t get over charged for for a HDMI cable you only running in short distances around you entertainment center.

If the point of this book is to inspire readers to realize what they don’t want, and to encourage them to take pride and passion in their own lives, and seize open opportunities, then its’ value is a treasure.
But if it’s about keeping readers fixed in the victim mentality, blaming perpetrators from a past era and former culture for who and what we are – and are not – today, the book is a dismal failure.
We all know well how many whites treated black slaves in the 1800s. But this is 2010, and congratulations to the many African-Americans who take to heart and soul, the passionate message of Martin Luther King. They move forward in their own lives with the same passion, pride and expectations of a good existence for themselves and their families.
Others are still slaves, bound by bitter recall that keeps them standing still, settling for less, or worse, going nowhere at all. If this book teaches them to free themselves of the imaginary, long outdated chains, then congratulations to the author for her valuable contributions.
It doesn’t matter what color I am, the message applies to everyone.

I just recently bought my garmin. Never had a previous version. I chose this because it had HRM, pace monitor, and mileage marker.I have yet to use the HRM because I use it to train for a marathon. My HRM isn’t a big deal at this point. I love it so far. I can set it to alert when I hit a mile or go over/under a specific pace. Very easy to program.
