I have owned so many different pedeometers and been totally disappointed with the performance. The Omron HJ-112 is the BEST pedometer I have ever owned. The product keeps accurate steps and has not broke down (which my other products did within a month of use). I would recommend this pedometer to everyone!! There are quite a few people out there that think Black Flag went sour after “Damaged”. It’s true that Black Flag became a cheesy metal band towards the end, but it didn’t start with “My War”. The descent into metal cheese started when they started releasing albums with chicks on the cover.”My War” is a punk/metal crossover masterpiece. At the time it was released there was nothing like it. There are not many punk albums that reach the depths of darkness like this album did.

“My War” was not released for a long time because of a legal battle that barred Black Flag from releasing any new albums after “Damaged”. The frustration and anger of being held down by a large corporation and stopped from recording comes to a head on this album.The cover of “My War”, which is one of the all time greatest covers in history, is a pretty good preview of what’s on the album. Musically, the smiling man represents the first half and the knife represents the second half. The vocal theme through out the whole album is pain. This album was one of the first times Henry Rollins was free to write his own lyrics and he came out swinging. Rollins puts more emotion into singing than any other vocalist in hardcore. The title track, “My War” is just brutal on all levels combining a pop structured tune and lacing it with screaming. The next four songs are very catchy, sarcastic songs that have some classic lines. “Swimming in the mainstream is such a lame dream. No method to the madness,” sings Rollins on “Beat My Head Against The Wall”.The most impressive part starts with “Nothing Left Inside”, a dark musical description of depression with a slow driving riff. “Three Nights” is probably Rollins’ best vocal performance of his life that is the very definition of pain. “Scream” is an angry closing that almost leaves with a glimmer of hope- salvation through anger.The doom metal bands of today have learned a lesson or two from “My War”, but have never been able to top it. This is a sad attempt at literature and basically nothing more then lame Young Adult abstinence porn. I have read Harlequin romance novels with better character development, plot, and overall writing style. Bella MarySue! is boring, does not develop as a character, and whines constantly throughout the entire series. She relies on men to save her and defines herself based on the value that CreepyStalker! Edward places on her.
Oh, and girls, as a side note…any man that sneaks into your house to watch you sleep is not a romantic guy. Just imagine waking up to see a set of strange eyes grazing over your body. Yikes.

Because I now have severe arthritis in my left hip, I cannot walk the distances I used to, so I use my pedometer to guarantee a successful number of warm up steps in the morning; to take one 20 to 30 aerobic step walk during the day; and to keep myself on track for total steps each day to stay limber and feel healthy. It has become my health barometer!

I intended to give my SD DVD version to a friend but, when I played back this SD DVD version right after the Blu-Ray, it provided such a striking difference in both PQ and AQ that I’m keeping it for demonstration purposes.

It was about a week before Office 2010 came out, but then I saw a special deal to get 2010 free. I think it runs through September. Amazon was offering 2007 for $99.99 ($50 cheaper than anywhere else) and just by registering my product by September, I could download the new Office 2010. I’m so glad I went this route. I saved money and I love both Office 2007 and 2010. It is well worth your hard earned money to buy Office 2007 with the free upgrade!

All I can tell you is that these books and the movies make me feel complete. Twilight is “my own personal brand of heroin.” The Twilight Saga books are filled with everything a hopeless romantic like me wants, two beautiful characters both aching for each other’s love, passion, action,and a fabulous plot. When I listen to the music and watch the characters falling for each other, I get a feeling in the pit of my stomach- not a sick feeling, but an ache and I wish I could just be 17 again, in the schoolyard, pining over that one guy that makes the world livable and loving him so much, you would do anything to be with him, to just feel his breath on your earlobe or his sweet melodic voice in your ear.
But what are you to do when you learn that he isn’t who you think he is. Then you love him even more. I guess when you get older, you lose or should I say miss that young love feeling that makes the goose bumps on the back of you neck stand up and the friction your heart feels when you have that first kiss- soft and sweet and for Twilight lovers, the forbidden fruit. “And so the Lion fell in love with the Lamb…”
I am happy though to tell you that my addiction is shared by so many other women, some older, some younger who feel that same attraction, an indescribable satisfaction that we get when we read the Twilight Saga books and sit in dark theaters watching the movies. I bought this to use in my new Asus 1005PR in the SD slot for ReadyBoost. It failed the speed tests not matter what I did… and I did everything from full format NTFS, to setting the SD driver for increased performance to compressing, all of which others on the web said might get a non speed conforming SD card up to ReadyBoost standards, all of which failed.

I suppose this is a good price for an SD of this size, but if you are looking to use this for ReadyBoost you need to go with a higher speed memory.
