The product came in a reasonable amount of time. When I tried the pump top to use the product nothing came out. The reason??? There was no tube inside the bottle attached to the pump top!! I called the Customer Service number and explained to the representative the problem. Her ho hum response eventually was to send it back and they would replace it. I kept the bottle rather than go through the hassle and extra expense of sending it back. The product itself is fine but I will not order it again. My thought was that by calling they would be interested in knowing about the defective bottle and perhaps take steps to improve the quality of what they are selling. I doubt it went beyond the Representative I spoke to.

It worked great…for half of my bedroom…Then It quit vacuming the cleaning solution from the carpet…Nice…dirty, wet, carpet. It’s a piece of garbage. I have to take it to the repair center because I didn’t want to pay another $25.00 to return it. If someone tries to sell you one of these, run for your life.

This is the coolest tool ever; well for biking and running that is! I even wore it golfing yesterday. I’m hooked. I’ve been Garmin’d. Can’t wait to get home from a workout and plug it in. Provides even more motivation to workout. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box, setup was extremely easy, like charge it, turn it on. It found the satellites needed within 30 seconds and I was off. Software, PC based and online application, work flawlessly. The data produced by this thing is pure fascinating and motivational. Can’t wait for my next workout to improve that heart rate average. Just a hoot to wear it golfing, could see where I searched for a few errant shots. Certainly couldn’t keep the heart rate up like biking or running but it was interesting to see how many miles I covered and how hard of a “workout” golf is. I’m sure there’s a few features that I haven’t used yet but what I’ve found so far has been great. Ok time to buy the accessories for bike.

I used the memory card to transfer files between a netbook and other portable computers that have no DVD or other removeable disk drives. After only four or five transfers, the plastic slider for locking the card slipped into the ‘LOCKED’ position every time it was inserted in a reader slot. I tried removing the slider but the computers continue to see it as ‘Locked’ no matter what I did. Hoping for better luck with a SanDisk! Looking at the other 1-star reviews, there appear to be about two hundred other people that have run into this same defect.

Yes, i did heat up the water (not boiling hot) before putting it in the unit to start cleaning.
You DO have to be careful with the unit putting it together since the plastic is very flimsy which is a shame since it does the job and was very effective for the room and stairs i used it on. My unit did not come with the piece to clean out the suction area so i just unscrewed the cover off of it and washed it down.

Could this be better? absolutetly! but if you need one that will work this is the machine for you. I used it with the professional pet detergent. I did have leakage when i letthe unit stand upright while i used the stair hand held accessory but a small price to pay to get them clean. This still saves me money by not havingto call in the pros to clean and i don’t need an appt. I just wish they would improve on it.

Neale is on target! Finally! Everything I ever felt about GOD has been revealed In this “new” way! All my life I’ve been told I was going to HELL because I just couldn’t be good enough. I was just “too human” I guess. Why would a “LOVING GOD” make me the way I am, and then condemn me for being that way??? Yes ,I know we have free will and choice, but WHY was I choosing ,or being the ways that were so supposedly wrong?? I couldn’t help it. Sometimes I felt or acted a way that wasn’t “appropriate” According to “OUR WESTERN BIBLE”. This caused me to research other, more ancient religions. The TRUTHS began to seep out according to my soul. Now I live and act according to MY OWN TRUTHS as I FEEL them being revealed by GOD. Why can’t GOD speak to any of us as HE did in times of old? Did He not tell us that He is no respecter of persons?? People, HE is there. You have but to listen. Listen to the still, quiet voice that resides within your soul. He has no so called “chosen” people. WE are THE CHOSEN PEOPLE!! I have never been happier or more at PEACE, and if you think that is “Demonic” then you need to re-evaluate what your God is to you. GOD IS LOVE. LOVE FEELS GOOD. Love feels Giving. Love feels Compassionate. Love feels Forgiving. Love feels FREE, Love feels that all is right with the world, even in it’s current condition and WE can make it better if we so choose. As a group or an individual. I now choose to live my life according to the God I feel within me. Folks, He really is as close as Neale speaks. PLEASE, just LISTEN. I’ve heard much about this book and to hear that it was about the circus, I went in expecting it to be a great book.

I am a little disappointed. Although the author no doubt put much research into this, I never got into the story. Maybe because I felt the book didn’t have a really strong, solid plot to it and it just went on and on about Jacob’s day working at the circus. The romance that was thrown in wasn’t believable and therefore, failed to further the paper-thin plot.

Any good story needs a strong cast of characters. ‘Water for the Elephants’ had many interesting characters that went in and out of the woodwork but none of them felt real to me. They were shallow and two-dimensioned and I didn’t have much emotional connection to them. The one character that was arguably more developed was the dwarf and in the end, even Jacob didn’t seem to care much about him. The main character Jacob wasn’t engaging to me; he’s faced with animal abuse and spousal abuse and he feels sorry, etc. etc, but he’s not proactive about anything. His romance with Marlena was…contrived and random. Jacob showed no indication on WHY he loves her – readers are just told that ‘She looks like Catherine’ (a college crush) and they just fall madly in love with each other. The dialogue between them was just cringe-worthy and mostly consisted of Marlena bursting into tears. Not exactly strong enough to have the whole book revolve around their relationship, which I think is the downfall of this book.

The writing style of this book was very straight-forward and easy to read. I was expecting some great, beautiful writing hearing all those positive reviews like in ‘A Thousand Splendid Suns’ but I guess not. The writing and the plot seemed amateurish and predictable. The ending was just too contrived and too neatly wrapped up.

All in all, this was a quick read, not really thought-provoking or challenging. I was reading it while on breaks and it was easy to fall out and in of it – which isn’t rea
